The interview process began with a brief phone screening, followed by an interview on Microsoft Teams. Fortunately, I was informed the same day that I had secured the role. Overall, the process was nice, fast, and smooth, making for a very positive experience.

Question 1
One question that really stood out was “What is the best team you’ve ever been a part of?” I liked this question because it gave me the chance to talk about real experiences rather than rehearsed answers. It allowed me to explain how working in a strong team with good communication, mutual support, and shared goals makes a big difference to both performance and morale. It also showed that the company values teamwork and culture, which is important to me.
