Interview
This was definitely one of the most in-depth interview processes I have been through. It is a full day, 8 hour process where you talk to multiple representatives throughout the company. However, they were all very nice, really wanted to get to know the candidates, and were very informative. While it was definitely tough, it was a great experience and will no doubt help improve your interviewing skills.

Consisted of flying to headquarters in Iowa, a dinner with other candidates, a 10 min presentation on your qualifications in front of hiring team and other candidates , and 6 30 min interviews
