Interview
Applied through their website. A few days later I got invited to come to an interview in person. I filled out a general skills test and was then given an assignment to do from home. After sending back the assignment I got called on the phone to discuss the salary and the next day I went to sign the contract.
There's a river, 5 people on one side that want to cross over, and a single boat. Only two people may go into the boat at the same time. Each person needs a different amount of time to cross the river, and the boat always moves with the speed of the slowest person in the boat. How can they cross over in 20 minutes?

Interview
You first got interview with HR, then the next step is interview with Manager. If they both like you, you will get exercise to solve. After you solve this exercise you will get invitation for the technical interview where you explain your solution, and additional questions around the solution, how can you improve, etc.
