I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Country Home Learning Center (San Antonio, TX) in May 2015
Interview
Very simple, went in told them my experience and got the job. I was called in and they ask me a number of questions. what my experience was, what age group i would prefer, and if i was CPR/First aide certified. We conversed out what i would do in certain scenarios, and then they offered me the position.

Interview
It was not as difficult as I thought it would be. Dealing with kids you would assume they would want to interrogate you to make sure you’re a good fit. Nope, a few questions and then they offered me the position. I went to the training and there were a bunch of new people. Looks like they are short on teachers.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Country Home Learning Center (Converse, TX) in Jun 2016
Interview
I applied on a job search site and was called the next day. The interview was short and exact. They pay $9/hour and do not take experience into consideration. There is no room for negotiation. 50% discount on child care. So my 4 year old could attend for $400 a month. Waste of time. Great for someone fresh out of high school or with no experience. If you get a CDA they will pay a whole $11/hour. Career seekers this is not for you. College students:perfect.
