First stage was an assessment center that was role playing of receiving a teams a call and taking a booking for an event. After the call you type up a mail to your supervisor giving details of the booking and any action points.

Straightforward and felt comfortable with the panel. I felt prepared with the process. All question were relevant to the OT role. They favoured examples for questions and how this is relevant to the role
