I applied online. I interviewed at Covered Bridge Potato Chip (Hartland, NB) in May 2023
Interview
Went in for an interview for a lead position, but was told you have to start in production at a much lower pay than listed for the lead position, with the "potential" of being promoted after 8+ months. Then after refusing the job, was offered an interview in quality, but after the interview and being given a start date, they refused to even contact or acknowledge my existence. I went in on the start date, just to be told that I was contacted by them and told that the date would be delayed, but that they would personally get back to me by the end of the week. I emailed and called multiple times to follow up, but have received no response whatsoever. My advice to anyone applying here is: Don't trust that they will get back to you even after they have provided a start date, and don't leave a job you work at until the day after you have confirmed you are actually working here.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Covered Bridge Potato Chip in Mar 2023
Interview
It was less than 5 minutes. Went over my background of employment. Then talked about what the job at covered bridge entailed. Easy advancement. Everyone starts out as a production worker to get familiar with the work and environment. Long hours. 4 days on and off. Shift work. 7-7 shifts. Nights and days that rotate every 2 weeks.
