Long and thorough. They took the time to get to know me as a person before hiring me. Also got to speak to a lot of higher up management. Not like a typical interview process.
The interview process was in traditional investment banking format with a mix of technical questions, brain teasers and qualitative questions. The superday was in a four interview format with each session lasting an hour.

Interview
It was long and people seemed nice but after the acquisition by TD looks like long work days are the norm. I would say that they keep you waiting so you have to keep reaching back out to HR.
