Cowlitz County (Washington) interview questions

The same written questions were posed to every applicant. A few of the questions had no bearing on the job and were obviously for assessing personality. These seemed to have been taken from 'clip art'. The supervisor was > 10 min late. Even so, I completed the interview on time.

Application, testing, telephone and personal interview. A panel of three people. Asked questions about my skills and how I handle co workers and customers. Each question they wanted me to give them example on how I would handle the situation. They gave me a personality test.
