Screening interview with HR person; meeting with managing partner; meeting with partner; meetings with all associates in the LA office. Meeting with managing partner was most substantive. Meeting with additional partner was a formality. Meetings with associates was for them to get a sense of whether they liked me, so they could make recommendations to the managing partner.
