Creative Electric interview questions

I walked onto the job site and asked for the location of the Electrician's foreman. I then introduced myself and asked if he was doing any hiring. He was reluctant at first but I pulled out a copy of my resume. I don't believe the man has seen many resume's before to be honest. I had no experience in this field and he handed me a 2 page application I completed on the spot and was working the next day.
