I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Creative Mantra (Mumbai) in Dec 2014

Interview

It was surprisingly a simple & to the point interview. Only work related & straight forward questions were asked. The best part is if you are selected you are notified fast, not like other companies where u don't here anything from them for weeks. Salary is also very good.
