Slow paced, not engaging. Really felt like they were just going through the motions and couldn’t wait to get over it. The interview was fast and rushed. Not sure they were paying attention.
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Creators Media (Venice, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
I applied online through LinkedIn. About two weeks later, I got a brief phone call with one founder, then a month of silence went by. Then I was invited in for a very casual conversation with two founders. About two weeks of negotiating benefits, terms, and pay via email and phone followed before I got an offer letter. I ended up getting roughly what I was looking for in terms of base pay, though I was frustrated that I could not get equity in such a senior role at a young, VC-backed company. Turned out to be okay though, because the company struggled significantly while I worked there.

Question 1
I don't remember, as it was a while ago now. I remember it being more of a casual, free-flowing conversation than a series of questions, in any case.
