Terrible. Complete waste of time! I have no issue with tests/ quizzes. The problem comes when a company expects you to do this for 45 mins & then doesn't even give feedback lol.

The process is not efficient. HR will send you an email for you to fill WonScore assessment, it will take a lot of your time and the questions are random. I.e: what kind of dog would you prefer? Or what will you do if you have to monitor space or movement of the earth? Its not even related to the job. Its a waste of time.
