Interview
Met with the manager initially and he gave me a tour around the office. This was an entry level position so he didn't ask me too much about what I knew. He ended up explaining the overall manufacturing process. Ended up talking to the Director later on.

Interview
I applied online and I got a call a couple of days and since I worker there before so they needed to check my files. But recently got a call to tell me that they don't have any opening position as now.... Why in the world will the company post any opening with out having a position I ask Hr and he told me that the reason why they couldn't hire me or interview me was because I give my two week notice and due to I had some issues with some of the supervisors at that current time. I remember when I left the company I ask if I ever re-apply will the consider my application and they say yes to me at that time. But guess what they don't keep what they say. Anyways my journey doesn't stop here they are more places out there to apply for.
