I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Crestron Electronics (Rockleigh, NJ)
Interview
Saw an ad in the county paper, decided I would apply just for the heck of it. Didnt expect to get the job didnt really care either. Then met with 2 gentlemen who were face to face asking questions about why I want to be a part of the team and what I had to offer vs other potential employees. Basically it was a chance for them to see that I would be worth my salary
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Crestron Electronics
Interview
I was tested by having 2 interviewers ping-pong back and forth saying: "I cannot see what we can use ____________ for, can you?" "Nope ________________, I sure cannot."
This was brilliant because they wanted to see how we handle adversity.
Brilliant interview tactic to test cooler heads while under fire.

Question 1
They asked me for my skills in various disciplines. (And then played the oh, we do not need someone with that skill game described above)
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Crestron Electronics (Roswell, GA) in Jun 2015
Interview
I had a short phone interview with the recruiter and then later that same day I was scheduled for an onsite interview with the Technical Manager to be had the following week. At that interview, we went over my background, skills, what I knew about Crestron, and why I wanted to work there. And then two weeks later I was brought in to interview with the Technical Director and we went over the same stuff. I left with a positive vibe, but I must not have had as much as experience as my competition.
