I had a phone interview and then I met with the boss at the office and we went over what my responsibilities were going to be. He then asked if it was something that I thought that I would be interested in for the long-term and I said yes. He then said that he would give it some thought. He called me that evening and offered me the position.

Question 1
No questions were difficult or out of the ordinary
Phone call and video call for second interview. Phone call explained all benefits but not pay, video call explained all job duties and everyday tasks. They were extremely nice and eager to get someone hired.
I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Critter Control
Interview
Short and sweet, they are trying to trick you into thinking you are a valuable asset to their team. It will seem to good to be true if you are an early-career college graduate, and it is. Do not work here.

The usual very basic 'What experience do you have?'
They do not care though. They are just trying to hire you on and exploit you.
Very thorough, lengthy even. We had a phone interview, also an on line teams or zoom call, then an in person interview and a ride along where I visited a job site.
