Interview
Very responsive and flexible interview process. The first screen is a take home which I was a fan of. The in person interview was relaxing with 2 very nice engineers.
Recruiter screen, system design, behavioral, ending with the CTO. Pretty straight forward but a copy and paste of FAANG style but at a startup. Nice people but average tenure seemed to be pretty low so 3 years was senior.
Starts with a recruiter screen to check fit and schedule for availability, system design with the CTO, coding, behavioral with a product manager pretty typical of a smaller EX-Goog, Meta etc company. Total maybe 4 hours with a small break in between completely remove over Zoom.
