Crossfire Marketing interview questions

Was a few simple questions; I gave then a brief description of my employment background and how I could help increase the companies sales; then the lady went ahead and offered the sales position. She asked if I had any additional questions, then she walked me into the Managers office and he seemed like a jerk right off the bat - he told to go down the street and get drug tested.

Was approached by a "John" in the waiting area. He asked what is a person like me, wanting to work in this type of business? Which I thought was curious. Interviewed with a Janis, she commented that the company had more "turnover" then what they liked.
