I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Cruise (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2019
Interview
My experience starting with recruiting and all the way up through negotiations and accepting the offer was great. I had an initial phone screening with the recruiter, then a call with the hiring manager before moving to on-site interviews. Everyone was nice and professional throughout the whole process, and they all got me excited about the kind of work Cruise is doing and how I can make an impact. :)

Interview
Smooth, transparent, and friendly. The team that interviewed me appeared genuine interested in onboarding the best talent, and was a blast to chat with during the interviews. Ultimately, this was the best interview I've had in years.
