There will be third, fourth, and fifth rounds, but I only got 2 rounds of interviews. They constantly have hiring posts, and it seems they are just randomly seeing people.

The hiring manager was not responsive, with no reply when you ask for further information. The candidate has the right to know about the results even if they are not shortlisted after the catching up. I think this is quite friendly and welcoming.
