      Pros

      - Strong brand and real ambition. You get exposure to a fast-moving consumer crypto business at meaningful scale, and the problems are genuinely interesting. - Compensation at senior levels is competitive. - You'll work alongside some sharp, capable people, and there's no shortage of high-visibility, strategically important work if you can navigate to it.

      Cons

      - The pace and constant reorganization make it very hard to do durable work. - Reporting lines and team structures change frequently, leadership turns over, and priorities shift faster than initiatives can mature. - Senior hires in particular are exposed: when leadership changes, people brought in under the prior regime can find themselves without a sponsor almost overnight, regardless of the quality of their work. - Turnover is high and decisions are made fast and with little transparency, so it's difficult to build the relationships and continuity that senior roles depend on. - Go in understanding that organizational stability is not a given here.
