Found the job posting on Craigslist. Sent in my resume, cover letter and references. I was then contacted for an over the phone interview. Then I was invited in for a face to face interview. When they first offered the position to me I asked if I could come in and meet the entire team to get a feel that I would fit in. The agreed and let me come to one of their team meetings. I liked the online acceptance and Zenefits portal for any additional answers to questions I had.
