Crystal Commerce interview questions

Initial position posted to online job site. I applied online and was responded to quickly through email. Initial phone interview lasted approximately 30 minutes asking questions related to the position and requirements of the position. The next day they called me to request an in person interview. In the in-person interview, two gentlemen asked me questions. They took turns asking questions directly related to my resume and how my experience related to the available position. The interview lasted approximately 45 minutes. I have not heard back yet, but they said they would contact me in a day or two.

I met with him at a coffee shop and he hired me on the spot. We talked for about 30 minutes and he took me to the office after my interview and said I had the job.
