three step interview process. The first two rounds were with senior engineer/manager & HR. I was given a list of technical questions prior to each interview & had time to prepare my answers for them. The last final round of interview was with the CEO + two~three more people. I was able to do the interview process via video calls.

The interview process was as follows: - Human Resources Interview December 1, 2023 - Hiring Manager Interview on December 12, 2023 - Technical Interview on December 15, 2023 - Ghosted until January 15, 2024 - Final Onsite Interview on January 26, 2024 After the final onsite interview I was told they were going to make a decision on the position within 1-2 business day. After 5 business day, they called and told me they needed more time, maybe a couple weeks. When they said that it was evident these people were not serious about hiring. Around 3 weeks after that they called me to let me know they didn't hire anyone because the position was supposedly cancelled, but the position is still open and accepting applications. The interview process was very unprofessional. A bunch of managers interviewed me, none of them knew anything about my position, their questions were useless and not related to the position. I did a presentation, and all of them were in limbo, since they didn't understand anything about Electrical Engineering. One of the managers even asked me what type of Visa I had (I'm a US Citizen). None of the managers that interviewed me had any experience managing people and very little in their fields. Most of their responsibilities were overlapping. One of the managers was literary taking production data manually from some machines, something that should be automated was his job. In conclusion, this company has many issues. Most of the current managers will have to be fired in the short term, and it will take a while until they hire good people. If you don't want to waste your time, stay away from this company.
