Thank you for your review and we were disappointed to learn you felt you had a negative experience at your 2nd stage interview for the role of Accounts Assistant Analyst.
We thoroughly enjoyed meeting with you on Tuesday 5th March 2019 and during the interview, we mentioned that we still had other candidates to see and feedback would be provided to you either the end of the week or early the following week.
Also, during your interview I recall your gratitude towards us on following best practice for being an inclusive employer in an interview setting, and I recall your comments where you have not experienced this before with other companies you have previously interviewed at.
Following your interview, I understand from your recruiter that your overall feedback and experience about us was positive and on Friday 8th March 2019, we provided feedback to your recruiter within the time frame specified with you.
I understand the news of being unsuccessful was disappointing to you and our feedback was overall positive. However, from our point of view we followed best practice during the whole process.
It is common practice within recruitment to provide feedback to the recruiter and not via the candidate directly which I understand your recruiter had spoken to you about this. As mentioned to your recruiter, we felt you was a great candidate and you would be successful in your next role.
