Interview
Very fun. Have to give a sales pitch using the information provided to you, such as a scenario of "bob uses his phone to take photos and upload to the internet" - will this customer require a plan with more minutes or more data - very obvious. Spend 20 minutes on shop floor in real time talking to customers to judge how you interact.

"Why do you believe mobile phones are an important part of society"
Questions regarding the role and experience . How relevant previous experience and skills are, expectations of day to day. What you expect to learn what you are present on the role at hand
1 stage interview was okay sat in the back and they went through it with me got the job sorted offered me at the interview was easy and explained process and how long it would take to start
Normal process, asked about my background and extra curricular subjects including why I was interested in working in tech.
Be prepared to explain your work history and why you would be suitable for customer service
