All the different interviews were pleasant, three different rounds in total with different partners. All interviews were informal. Most of the questions asked were related to my previous experience, area of practice.

Referred via recruiter for an international disputes role. Interview with videoconference with 4 people on the line. Not all of them asked questions (those who were less experienced). Seems they preferred ticking boxes London HR style over assessing actual quality of experience.
