Cygnus Business Media interview questions

Scattered - left up to hiring manager who may or may not know what they are doing. No one is formally trained in the interview process. It is based solely on what the hiring manager decides.

Went through a recruiter who gave them all of my information. I had 3-4 interviews with my recruiter and then one final interview at Cygnus (which was really 3 interviews rolled into a 1-2 hour time slot). I first met with the Manager of the helpdesk, then spoke with two of their actual techs, and finally the VP of their entire Digital department.
