The interview process took place with absolutely no consideration of the needs of prospective employees. The interview contained a lot of technical questions which appear to be unique for Cyient. It is highly improbable that a professional with general taxation experience would be able to answer. Their demands are unreasonable - they require someone who has advanced knowledge in Service Taxes and Transfer Pricing - which are poles apart. The very fact that they had taken nearly 2 months and not yet communicated the outcome - positive or otherwise clearly portray their unprofessionalism. Looks like they take people for granted.
