They called for a walk-in interview and sent back 70% of the candidates by just getting their resumes & without giving proper reason. We waited for 3 hours solid just to get this kind of response from the company person.

There are Two rounds at least. Detailed technical interview is done in the first round and then if shortlisted in the second round and interview is done with head of the department.

Telephonic round, then Skype round and last HR round. Mainly technical rounds, as well as based on the experience, electrical basics and some advance level question also asked.Electrical background will be better.
