Went through all 4 stages of interviews until the final round. All of the colleagues seemed kind and couple of interviews even took longer than planned. Believe it was due to the quick rapport I was able to build with them. However, the interviewing process has been delayed without any notice multiple times and took over 3 months. This meant I had to constantly chase them and reschedule our calls. The disconnect among recruiters, hiring managers, application specialists on the position requirements and matters alike was immeasurable and gave me an impression that no one really had a clear idea what the sales position in question should entail. Lastly, once asked for a feedback on my interviewing performance I was encouraged to apply to other vacancies as there were no shortcomings they could pinpoint.
