D Young & Co interview questions

Two stage interview, first was based on motivations for joining D Young and the profession generally. Was asked to prepare a presentation on my studies, then asked to explain how certain technologies worked, such as how a fuel line slows the spread of fire, how a tension table works and how GPS works. Then asked to explain how a patent worked, where I was sent the patent in advance to read and prepare potential amendments to. HR and team were very friendly and feedback after the interview was clear.

It was divided into three stages. An informal talk with HR, a meeting with two members of staff and then a third and final stage with senior partners of the firm. The HR manager was incredibly helpful throughout this process and it was generally very quick and fast process.
