D3R interview questions

I applied online and received a response and called to interview within 3 weeks. The first interview was with the head of Business Development which lasted over an hour. A month later I was called to interview a second time but with the Founder.

The interview process consisted of two tests, one skills test and one practical test. I also had two face to face interviews at the Chichester office which were quite informal discussions about my skills and experience. It took about three weeks in total with some good communication and feedback from D3R throughout.
