I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at DC BLOX
Interview
Very thorough interview and enjoyed the process. Was able to meet the leadership team in Atlanta and was able to see the vision the company has. Clear vision led by Jeff the CEO. Great company and growth ahead.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DC BLOX (Myrtle Beach, SC) in Jan 2024
Interview
The most unprofessional interview I have been in in this industry. They were unable to schedule interviews. 3 weeks of phone tag and having to take unexpected calls. I was asked why I was willing to relocate to the South from the West Coast. The interviewer's response to my answer was "People from out there probably won't like it down here" When describing my management style and how I take ownership of projects the interviewer's response was "Down here we call that bird dogging". In the professional world we call those microaggressions.
