I had my first round with a hiring manager. It was brief; they asked me to tell them more about myself and why I chose the brand. The second interview was a more in depth zoom call where the manager expected me to talk more about the brand. I was a bit confused since the whole point of an interview is to get to know more about the brand from the interviewER. They expect you to know everything, so I advise to do extensive research before the interview. The person I was interviewing with was highly upset whenever I didn’t answer a question to their liking, leading to a negative experience.
