I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DHL Global Forwarding, Freight (Redondo Beach, CA) in Jun 2016
Interview
Recieved a call to come in for an interview. They took me to a huge conference room with a panel of management from Import/ Export/ and Regional manager. I was asked about my past experience; how would I handle certain situations; and as well what traits I can bring into the company. After the questions they told me they pay; benefits; and also due to union policy I had to start graveyard shifts.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DHL Global Forwarding, Freight (Kansas City, MO) in Apr 2021
Interview
Easy enough. Some traditional questions, "why do you want to work here" "what do you think you can bring to DHL?" Nothing earth shattering. Two interviewers, one of which was the station manager and the other was another tenured employee.

Interview
Very laid back and accommodating. Got a 1 on 1 interview where they did not grill me with questions about the technicalities, but rather looked for my personality traits and if I would be a hard worker.
