I applied online on a Sunday and was contacted on Tuesday for a pre-interview test. The written test consisted of random questions to test your knowledge and progressively got more difficult. It was designed to test your accuracy, speed, and general knowledge. Following successful completion of the test, I interviewed with a sector manager which I would report to. The general conversation included some behavioral questions, hourly pay, and schedule. I accepted the job, but I was disappointed that the schedule I was told I would have by the manager was not available after only my 1st day of training class. I was flexible enough to work the new shift but that was not a good experience.

They acting you to describe times you've overcome obstacles at work and things like that.
You can actually google this type of interview process to get pretty well prepared for it.
There is also an aptitude test. They don't expect you to get halfway through it. They just want to make sure you have basic reading and math skills.

applied online, received email stating when to come in for interview , lasted about 40 minutes. HR representative was pleasant used the STAR. As usual bring in your resume they will ask you what you liked best about each job. What you disliked. I was pressed that if I did not say I was willing to work weekends they would not even consider you as a applicant

Interview
First they give you a telephone interview. Then you will be asked to come in for a personal interview. The interview process was normal. Very friendly interviewer. The questions were normal interview questions.
