Good working environment , nice policy, leave management, good location, good infrastructure, good building, good people, health policy, leave policy, Nice growth opportunities, support from management, good salary, hike. No toxic environment
They’ll first call you to assess if you’re a good fit for the position, then invite you to an in-person interview. After the interview, they mention you may receive a call if selected. However, if you’re not chosen, there’s no follow up communication and they will ghost you, which feels unprofessional for a large company.

my first round was a screening with a recruiter for 30 minutes
then i had a super day in the next week or so with 5 different rounds, each with different levels of people

My interview held for 45 minute, where I was asked about my project and technologies in which I have worked on like python, DBMS, web technologies.
The interviewer was very humble, kind and good listener.
