Para mi fueron 30 minutos de entrevista y oferta por sms. Muy sencilla preguntas básicas pero no dan tiempo para las preguntas del candidato. Preguntas profesionales y sobre el rol y experiencias pasadas. Revisan punto por punto del CV.
The first interview is online. I was asked some questions based on my CV. Then I was asked about my personality. After the interview, 2nd interview was arranged within one week.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DHL (Kuala Lumpur)

I applied for IT department. The interview process:
1. Phone interview with HR (took almost 30 minutes).
2. Got assessment that related to mathematic, problem solving
3. Last one, face to face interview with HR Manager.
