First I had a call with a recruiter (30 mins) . Next step was a small coding challenge in Kotlin, the solution was suposed to be production ready and I had 1 week to finish it. Next step was technical interview (90 mins) with engineering manager and software developer, where we discussed about my solution. The last interview (60 mins) was onsite with a couple of team members, it was behavioral and situational interview. After that, I've got an offer. The whole process was very smooth, well organized, everybody I met were nice and I was always getting a feedback very fast.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at DKB Code Factory in Feb 2024
Interview
First round of informal introductions with HR with a brief presentation of the company. After a while I received a coding challenge with the request to complete it within a week. After the coding challenge, no feedback for two weeks, then the answer that the position had been filled in the meantime with the simultaneous statement that they were endeavouring to create another position in the corresponding team. Contrary to their statement that they would get back to me by a deadline, there was no response for a long time until I gave up.
