Interview
First I had a recruiter call with a very nice and experienced person.
Than they sent me a tech challenge, which I had to complete in Kotlin.
After that I had a tech talk with the Engineering Manager and one Backend Developer. After that I got rejected, they called me and took time to explain the reasons to me what I really appreciated.

The first interview with recruitment / HR was very pleasant. Basic getting to know each other and expectations of both sides. Very friendly and easy going interview, got a good impression of the company culture.

Interview
I was greeted friendly at the elevators. The inverview took place in a nice meeting room with 1 person from HR, 1 Mngt/dev and und 1 Mngt/UX. Really nice atmosphere. Everyone was telling a bit about his carrier and the project and that I was asked to introduce myself and the projects I worked on before.
