Interview
First I had a recruiter call with a very nice and experienced person.
Than they sent me a tech challenge, which I had to complete in Kotlin.
After that I had a tech talk with the Engineering Manager and one Backend Developer. After that I got rejected, they called me and took time to explain the reasons to me what I really appreciated.
The interview began with a brief presentation of the company and their goals, followed by a question about my understanding of their business. It then transitioned into a conversational yet structured discussion covering behavioral situations, past project ownership, my learning methodology, and my current tech stack.

Interview
The first interview with recruitment / HR was very pleasant. Basic getting to know each other and expectations of both sides. Very friendly and easy going interview, got a good impression of the company culture.
