HR/BD manager called me for an initial screening interview. The interview was very quick. He didn't ask me more about my background and experience. It seems he wasn't genuinely interested me at all. Next day, he rejected me for no reasons. Company was very small but I like company culture/diversity.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DMG Blockchain Solutions (Vancouver, BC) in Mar 2024

Interview

First Phase: 30 mins screening interview with the hiring manager. Second Phase: Take home assignment. Not so small work. Had to develop frontend and backend application as well. Dockerization, documentation all. They have ghosted after the submission of my take home assignment! I tried to communicate with several email. But no response! So frustrating as I have invested 2/3 days to complete tasks then they disappeared!
