Interview
Two stage interview process. First stage with the Head of Marketing and Sales Manager. Fairly standard interview, with the usual questions about experience and motivation but the interviewers do their best to put you at your ease. If the two interviewers believe you are a good prospect for employment, you have a second interview, probably with the Divisional Director of the company who will, depending on the role you're interviewing for, ask you to do a little roleplay to see how you might perform the job. Then some more questions about experience and motivations, a few personal questions (nothing invasive, just to see if you will gel with the existing team). From there, if you got the job, you got it! If not, they are very nice and make sure to give feedback as to why not.
