There were 3 phases in the hiring and interview process.
- The first one was an interview with an HR person, identifying the behavioural strengths and weaknesses
- The second one was an interview with a senior consultant. This was a technical interview in the areas of technology applied
- The third one was an aptitude test

Question 1
The aptitude test was the most difficult. It required full concentration and carefulness to understand the questions and answer them correctly.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DWS (Melbourne)
Interview
It was only one proper interview after the initial phone conversation. Interview is not hard. They looked more into whether I can work with clients as a consultant. Questions on the technical side were easy to average. Since the interviewer also from the tech background with many years, questions were more focused on how the old tech evolved, etc. So there is not much very latest tech questions.
