1 phone screen, 1 set of 4 in-person interviews, and 1 final interview with a presentation to a panel of current employees. Unorganized, slow and poor interview process.
After not getting back to me for a week after the phone screen, I was brought in for an in-person interview. The interview went well, and I received only positive feedback. After that, I did not receive my confirmation for my final interview until I asked the recruiter who had forgotten the time of our prep call, which was the day before the final round.
The final interview round had the entire panel of people I was meeting with switched with no notice or explanation, but it still went well, and I received positive feedback.
After another week, I received a generic system-generated email saying they would not be proceeding with me.
If you take a substantial amount out of someone's time/work week and progress them to the final interview round where they are presenting, it's shocking to think a small company can't take the time to give a quick phone call or a more personal email with some more detail, especially when feedback was only positive.
