Dainik Jagran interview questions

Interview process at Dainik Jagran is okay followed by a test and then another round which is by the head of the department. In total there were three rounds for the role of content writer. This is some 10 years back they used to follow.

Totally unorganized, same questions were asked by 5 - 6 team members again and again on different occasions, given multiple case studies, projects and later did not even give feedback for all the effort put up for weeks. Much time later came to know that a known reference of one of the team member was selected for the role. This was not just a frustrating experience but also show the amount of respect Jagran has , towards the candidates' time and efforts
