Dalkia UK interview questions

Interview process is long and not interactive in the slightest. Questions are read from a sheet of paper. I waited for some time for a call following the screening process regarding interview, which is understandable given the position applied for. Interview was meaningless, absolutely 0 feedback given following first stage interview with the hiring manager. Overall a complete waste of time, and lacks all common courtesy. Although I completely appreciate being in this industry can be extremely busy and challenging at times, it’s frustrating to have no response at all following a first stage interview, especially given the length of time that lapsed following the initial application and screening call.

Simple & straightforward, they ask you why you want to work on site and how long you intend to work. They want people who can listen but also critical think.
