Dan-D Foods Ltd. interview questions

Applied online and received interview invitation through email. In-person interviewed with HR and operation manager at Delta office, it went well, good vibe during the interview. In two weeks, was told to schedule a 2nd-round virtual interview with CEO, but HR suddenly changed the mind and rushingly scheduled a face-to-face interview without consulting the time and availability with candidate. Never hear back after the 2nd round. Lack of feedback and follow up, unprofessional; always read but not respond the follow-up message, disrespectful; drag the hiring process, inefficient.

Formal and professional. 4 on 1 interviewee. While the rating below is set for 'difficult' I believe the session went very well. After 4 weeks of no follow up, the company decided to re-post their ad at $30k lower salary. Apparently, they dont understand the difference between compensation and base salary. Overall, this company is all about paying as little as possible and selling the company in about 3 years as they have been partially acquired by Private Equity, Message - dont waste your time with them, Cold, inefficient, scared employees for a commodity product,
