You're connected with a recruiter who leads you through the process. There's multiple rounds of interviews with the hiring team. The recruiter was great with communicating and the interview rounds focused on the STAR method.

Very friendly, helpful organization. Had two 2-1 interviews which was different than what I had previously experienced. Pretty intense to have them all back-to-back, but they did go out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Get bonus points for communicating via phone rather than emai.
