The people of HR is disconnected from the reality of the working class. They eliminate a lot of great people yet hires the ones that are easily pushed around with little to no self confidence. They ask a series of dated interview questions which have no bearing in today's workforce. That explains why Dart has such a high turnover rate!
Show a little bit of confidence at the same time you show humility, and you come across as arrogant and too cocky, and you don't get the job!
They all need to be removed from HR immediately! Apply somewhere else!
